0.3 m

Sea level rise is accelerating and is expected to reach 0.3m by 2050. What is proposed is the journey of a single and apparently harmless drop of water and its transformations; from water vapor to ice, waterspouts and hurricanes. The installation is also enriched by a series of images from the NASA archive which tragically portray the erosion of coastlines around the world. 0.3 m evokes a constantly shifting boundary, reflecting on the consequences of human action on the balance of the ecosystem.
