OH LORD

This installation is the outcome of a collaboration with the Observatoire de Paris Meudon and the Institut de Planétologie et d’Astrophysique de Grenoble, based on various Sun observation databases. Over 15,000 images from various databases were compiled using computer programming to create a work showing solar activity and its evolution. These include shots from NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory satellite, which scans the solar disk and transfers images of its surface in real time.
