TILES OF TIME

Tiles of Time explores the harmony between transience and renewal. The tiles, as memory keepers of the city, carry traces of fading beauty — weathered, cracked, yet preserved. Haikus echo through the work, embracing fragility as value and anchoring the viewer in fleeting moments. Using augmented reality as an artistic contemporary restoration technique, the digital becomes a form of kintsugi: filling fractures with reinterpretation through collected data. The work celebrates decay as much as transformation, layering old surfaces with quietly futuristic gestures.
